Why We Need Breakfast?
One important reason why we should not skip is breakfast in the morning because we need enough energy to activities. Some experts even reported that physical and mental state will be garbled if the person does not have breakfast. Below are five important steps to get a nutritious breakfast.
1. Breakfast is not making life too, so also in the set up menu and choose. What we do is keep food low fat and rich in fiber, contain complex carbohydrate, and adequate calcium. Leave fat and excessive sugar. Rather than drink coffee or sweet tea, why not replace them with fruit or fruit juice?
2. To keep the cholesterol level in the blood balanced and healthy, do not eat eggs more than 5 grains per week.
3. For you who likes consume cereals because of practical and easily purchased in the supermarket, look the label for a high-fibrous, low sugar and sodium. Combine that with low fat milk.
4. Remember that the energy from carbohydrate complex is much more useful than energy from fat. During breakfast, it is better to increase the portion of the rice.
5. An orange or a glass of orange juice which rich of vitamin C is very good as a breakfast supplement.
