The reason the experts do not recommend the make up while exercising because the body pumps more blood to the skin during exercise. The skin will become hotter and the pores larger. Makeup products you use, especially basic make up, can enter into and clog pores that can cause inflammation, irritation or rash. Here are some tips on how to avoid it.
1. Wear make up the basic shape of the mineral based fluids. Dry powder products will clog the pores while the liquid product will remain in place. You should not use concealer.
2. If you want to use mascara, use waterproof mascara.
3. Better put on lip gloss than lipstick pigmented. Lipstick will enter into the lips and dry while making lip gloss lip just covering the surface.
4. Clean the skin off after a workout, so the skin will feel more refreshed and smooth.
