When stomach feels hungry in fact you may not need food. Signal hungry often fake and that it could influence the biological and psychological condition. You must know how to distinguish real hunger and false. Of course, that the food you eat is not excessive and the increased trigger weight loss. Here are the following a false triggers of hunger.

1. Eating foods that contain sugar
After you eat a lot of sweet foods that contain high sugar will often feel hungry. This hunger you need not actually solve by rice consumption. Because, sweet foods will make your body release insulin quickly, triggering a sense of hunger fast. So, if you feel hungry after consuming a lot of sweet foods, solve by eating vegetables and fruits and avoid foods that contain high sugar.

2. Emotions
Appetite often increases when we’re feeling bored, sad or in a state of unstable emotions. When you feel the emotions are not stable and increased appetite try doing other activities, such as watching movies, sports or the others. Because if allowed you can become emotional eater who will have a negative impact not only on physical health but also psychological.

3. Lack of sleep
If you lack of sleep, do not be surprised if you always feel hungry. It is related to two hormones leptin and ghrelin. Ghrelin stimulates appetite and leptin is made of fat cells tell the brain works when you have enough to eat. Lack of sleep makes leptin levels decreased and ghrelin increased. So that appetite increases and decreases control hormones. Sufficient and regular sleep is the best way to suppress appetite increased.
