Sperm has Anti Aging Effect

Human sperm proved have benefits for the skin that is as anti-aging substance. According to research by a team from Graz University in Austria, compound that is contained in the sperm can reduce free radicals and has anti-aging effects on skin cells. Compound called spermidine has been testing in yeast, fruit flies, worms, mice and human blood cells instead of human beings directly. Spermidine could be an alternative material to prevent skin aging.

From this research has known how spermidine works that is slowing the aging process and extend the life of flies, fungi, worms and mice are the most important human blood cells.

Researchers also express autophagy process in the experiment that is improving process and recycle the damaged cells and not functioning optimally. This process will maintain the balance of growth and regeneration of cells.

Another thing that was found from this experiment is that spermidine is important in the process of rejuvenation and cellular repair. By suppressing free radicals, spermadine can improve the quality and prolong the life of cells and act as anti-aging.
