1. Sweat helps your skin retain moisture. But remember, the sweat is also a source of bacteria growth. So you have to maintain skin condition, especially the skin cracks are often closed. Keep it clean and dry (not too much sweat that out). Sprinkle with talcum powder so that the humidity up.
