Control Body Weight with Breakfast
If you think skipping breakfast is one way of dieting, then your assumption is wrong. Breakfast can actually help you to keep your body weight and slimming the body. Katherine Zeratsky, RD, a nutritionist from the Mayo Clinic, explained why you must breakfast if you want to keep an ideal weight.
1. Breakfast will reduce excessive hunger during the day so that your appetite can be suppressed too. Excessive hunger can make us become crazy during lunch.
2. Skipping breakfast can increase the body’s insulin response so that more fat stored by the body. When this happens, a long weight will rise.
3. Breakfast will make the body more energy. A healthy breakfast is the fuel for the body that will be stored as glycogen that supplies blood sugar, or to think.
Unfortunately, most people, especially workers, are rarely breakfast for reasons of pursued time. If you are very busy, choose a practical breakfast menu, but nutritious. For example, eggs, cereals, low fat milk, or fruit juice.
