Hemroids are swelling and inflammation of veins in the walls of anus and sometimes around rectum. Hemroids are generally not dangerous. Moreover, in most cases, the symptoms of hemroids will go away in a few days. However, the most common symptiom of hemroids is bright red blood covering the feces in internal hemroids and painful swelling around the anus in external hemroids.
